Really, honestly, stardom intrigues me. I am impressed and ever fascinated by the world of those who are held on a pedestal as the famous. Constantly they amaze me as they successfully switch form career to career because of their merit. Surprisingly versatile these people are. The transitions range from small, such as Broadway to Hollywood, to the extreme, such as WWF to governer of Minnesota. Let us examine some of these "shapeshifting" beings.
Dwayne Johnson- started as a football player for the NCAA Miami Hurricanes. Shortly thereafter, he joined the WWE (then WWF) as a professional wrestler known as "The Rock". Then, again, he changed careers to become an actor. Truly versatile.
Arnold Schwarzenegger- Austrian body builder turned actor turned Governator.
Adam Carolla- From carpet cleaner to boxing trainer to radio host to television persona.
Will Smith- Rapper, "Fresh Prince", Movie star.
While these are a few of the success stories, there is one transition that is very elusive. The ANYTHING turned rapper. There is one man who seeks to change this and his name is, you guessed it, Bill Cosby. Hey, hey, hey, it's MC Cosby. (pronounced em-see not Mc like a Mcdonald's sandwich.... Although if you put him on a biscuit with egg.... Nevermind) Recent reports have shown that Bill Cosby is going to record a rap album about very serious, though provocative issues. He says there will be no profanity, nor will there be any degrading words towards women, which raises the question, "how is this a rap album?" At any rate, it proves to be interesting.
